Cheryl Selby is a liberal Mayor in the City of Olympia who rooted in the violent protestors in her city until the mob reached the front of her yard.

The Mayor was an avid B.L.M. (Black Lives Matter) advocate until the haven that is her home was vandalized; only then, she was convinced in calling them “domestic terrorists.”

Two groups gathered in downtown Olympia, as things began to turn violent: flags were burnt, windows were smashed, businesses were vandalized, and Cheryl Selby’s home was damaged.

Almost 50 black mobbers arrived at Sylvester Park for a protest that propagated on the internet, just like the previous event that occurred in Sylvester Park on Friday evening.

A speaker and microphone were arranged for mobbers to rant about racism, social justice, and what they dream of achieving through continued action—another group of dressed in printed neon-yellow shirts with “peacekeeper” armed with paintball guns.

The mobbers marched their way to the City Hall before arriving at downtown Olympia. They later arranged road work signs and trashcans to block the streets, while other groups heckled them.

The black-clad group reached Capitol Way and into the South Capitol neighborhood to Olympia Mayor Cheryl Selby’s house. The group cheered, “abolish the police,” and a person vandalized her door and front porch with “B.L.M.” A man with a flat, metal paddle-like object backed up by a line of cars told the group to leave, threatening them if they didn’t.

Selby and her family were not home last night, but her neighbors began texting her when the protesters arrived.

“I’m really trying to process this,” she told The Olympian over the phone Saturday. “It’s like domestic terrorism. It’s unfair.

According to the Daily Wire, Selby’s home was targeted by protestors 2 years ago during a May Day protest. During that time, protesters cheered for her and handed out leaflets. Selby is a Democrat, that’s being targeted by other Democrats, she stated that she’s worried for her neighbors, some of whom have small children that fear continued protests in their neighborhood.

“People have so little grace for each other right now. We need to have more grace,” Selby said to the Olympian.

Selby published a KIRO 7 clip from her front porch CCTV and said: “It’s pretty traumatic when somebody comes to your home.”

The individual that vandalized Selby’s home had to find space on the wall since Selby had a B.L.M. and a pride flag already established outside her house.

Selby is receiving what she wished for, considering she was the one who empowered these mobbers and failed to institute a curfew in her town.

“Every day since his murder, our country has shaken,” Selby said.

“Convulsing between fear, rage, and nausea. We should feel sick. Those of us who hold the most microphones in our communities should feel nauseous.”
